One large bedroom and a living room of the same size. Balcony, storage room and a walk-in closet. Enough room for 2-3 people to live comfortably. Pets friendly. We need someone to take over our lease from January or February to May 2019. It's next to highway 9 and Chautauqua Ave. Shuttle bus to and from OU within 12 minutes. No direct deposit is required, although there will be $300 transfer fee, we are willing to pay part of it (negotiable). You will get a $250 off toward your rent if you decide to renew your lease after May, but you need to act ASAP for there're only limited numbers(ask the office for details). Additional $20 off per month if you're employed at OU. Large applicants (washer/dryer, fridge, stove, oven, etc.) are included but does not include bed, desk, chairs, and stuff. However, we have some lightly used furniture on sale (sofa bed, bookshelf, desks, and chairs) if you need.
