My wife and I are moving out of state for a new job so we would like to sublet our apartment. The lease contract lasts until May 2019. Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor. The monthly rent is $750 not including electricity and water. It is less than 3 minutes of walking distance from the Texas State Bus Stop and less than 10 minutes of driving distance from the nearest HEB, gold gym, cinema and other restaurants in San Marcos. We are planning on moving out with the least amount of stuff. If you want to, we can leave things like kitchen utensils (plates, pots, pans, spoons,....), a sofa, desks, table, chairs, bed, mattress, Samsung Smart TV, rack, TV stand....for negotiable prices. The apartment is provided with basic appliances such as dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and free (super fast) internet. The apartment area also has a public laundry room. We are kind of "germaphobic" so it means that our place and stuff are always clean and in good condition. So in short, the apartment is "ready to live" and you only need to bring your clothes.
