Each bedroom has its OWN LARGE BATHROOM inside the bedroom (see pictures). The apartment is rented out by room, however, BOTH ROOMS ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE for rent if you are looking for a place for you and a friend. My lease is only for one of the bedrooms. You do not need to move in to my actual apartment. The lease can be transferred to a different building. The current rent is $509/month.
