Looking to sublet out the last 6 months of my lease. Lease ends on 6/18/18 at which time you can extend or move out. Located right off I-90 in downtown Mercer Island at 77 Central Apartments. -Walking distance to park and ride Large 819 square feet studio unit on 3rd floor facing the courtyard, all hardwood floors( see image for layout). I have lived in this unit for over 3 years and I have never had an issue with management, courtyard noise or neighbors. Rent and Fees: Rent is $1760 per month and you must pay all utilities. Trash is $15.00 per month. If you wish to park a car in the secure lot it is $100 a month. Application is $45 which must be paid by you. I currently pay for a small dog which is $35 a month on top of the rent price which I can keep or remove depending on your pet situation. I will have the unit professionally cleaned prior to move it and willing to work with you to make the transition as smooth as possible.
