hi there! I need a subleaser ASAP for an apartment on Main Street. I have to move back home due to a personal emergency, so I need someone to take over my lease until May 2018. my roommate does still live there. it's a 2 bedroom loft in a great central location. it's semester payments, $2,200 every 4 months. I paid for the first semester so you would be responsible for the 2nd, due in January, and 3rd, due in May. you would have to fill out an application with the landlord. please text me for me details, and im not at the apartment right now so i dont have any pictures, but I can get my roommate to send them!
