I am looking for a subleaser (male or female) to take over my spot for Spring 2018. I currently live on 1211 South Dewey Street with three other girls and it is a 10-15 minute walk to lower campus. The girls are very nice, clean, reliable, and keep to themselves. Rent is $300 a month (includes heat, water sewer, unit gas, trash and recycling, and wifi) plus utilities (electric and hot water). The apartment is spacious and you would be getting the best room(new carpet, big closet)! The apartment is cat friendly, but comes with a monthly fee. The bathroom is split into two rooms where one room has a shower and a sink and the other room has the toilet and sink. Apartment is furnished, bedroom is not. There is FREE laundry and FREE on site parking. Email me if you are interested!
