I fell in love with the apartment when I saw it, so I think you will too! the apartment is at THE RESERVES AT SALUKI POINTE. the lease is for next school year (August 2016-May 2017) it is $620/month for 10 months. the lease includes: -all utilities except electricity -full size kitchen -fully furnished (including bed) -individual rooms with private bathroom -full size washer and dryer in each unit -patio area outside your unit -free parking -amenities such as: pool, movie theater, computer lab with free printing, gym, and more! (keep in mind- they are individual leases, meaning you are only responsible for your portion and will not be penalized if your roommates fail to pay!) if you are interested please contact me ASAP!
