My boyfriend and I are looking to sublet our large 1/1 at The Arrangement through the end of July. We are so impressed with the renovations the new management has made, but need to move to Pennsylvania next week. ~~You can move in ASAP with 24 hour notice, and January's rent has already been paid.~~ The clubhouse and Olympic sized pool are literally right out our front door, along with plenty of parking and a picnic table. 24/7 access to the fully equipped gym, conference room, and yoga room. There's also two dog parks and on-site laundry. Plus, it's located right off of 35 and 2 miles from downtown. We have a private entrance, huge walk-in closet, dining area, and fully upgraded kitchen with a dishwasher. The bedroom is huge and easily fits a King sized bed. Pets are allowed and there are no breed/weight restrictions. Management is friendly, and maintenance requests are always completed within 48 hours. Our rent, after fees, is about $1090 + electric.
