Searching for male to take over lease January-August 2015 in recently renovated & under new management University Trails complex! I absolutely love the complex and my roommates, but am unfortunately moving out of state. $429 for one bedroom in 4 bed 2 bath apartment. Appliances, washer and dryer, utilities, and furniture all included! The bedroom includes a desk with chair, bed, mattress, dresser, and nicely sized closet. Also, all leases are independent, so you do not have to worry about suffering the consequences if your roommates don't have the money come rent time. Stress free! Responsible roommates who are easy to get along with, don't throw loud parties, clean up after themselves, and don't take things that aren't theirs! Close enough to campus that you can walk, and on bus route, so you do not need to deal with University parking, which we all know can be a nightmare. The complex has a swimming pool, computer lab, basketball courts, tennis courts, and an exercise room! You and your guests also do not have to pay for parking, which a lot of apartments near campus do require. You can have friends over without the fear of getting towed or booted! It's in a very safe area; my very small girlfriend can walk around at night by herself to/from work without a problem. One of the best complexes in Lexington, at by far one of the best prices!
