I'm looking for someone to take over my lease from June 1 to Aug 2, 2014. Rent is $570 a month with all utilities included except electricity. Amenities included are a tanning bed, pool table, foosball, gym, game room, computer room (free printing just provide your own paper), 2 pools and a Jacuzzi (all of which are located in the clubhouse right next to the office building, one pool is located near the apartment offered). Located behind sac state, the apartment runs along a river trail that is used to get to campus or for hikes. It's about a ten min walk to campus using the trail. The apartment is a furnished(bed, dresser, and desk also included along with living and dining room furniture ) 2 bedroom with one bath. One room is being offered under a one room lease meaning that you will only be responsible for your rent of $570 a month regardless if the other roommate does not pay their share of the 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Lease can also be extended for up to a year must speak with apartment office.
