Close walking distance to Guadelupe, Torchys, Trudys, Miltos / Conans pizza, and Spider House. Spacious one bedroom with great privacy and lots of natural light. The light comes in through the two sliding doors that open to a small patio.The apartment is located on the second floor. It comes with all the appliances you need, minus a dishwasher or on-site laundry (laundromat right up the street). On site parking provided by the management, visitors can park on the street (haven't had a problem since I've lived here with guests coming over). The building is pet friendly and quiet. While I have been here, management has addressed my few concerns promptly and without hassle. My lease ends in July so if you are interested in staying beyond this time period you would most likely be able to take up my lease.
