We re looking for a 3rd roommate so we can sign on a 3 bedroom apt. We had everything set up but our buddy decided he is leaving so now we re searching for a third. The apt is on 3rd St. It s a nice place with everything you need on site including laundry, dishwasher, and A/C. Rent is $385 and the landlord pays water, trash, sewer, and does snow removal. The lease starts June 1 and runs through May 2015. We re two guys each age 24. I just finished school but might be going back next fall. The other roommate works full time. We would prefer no pets and if you smoke that it is done outside. We re just looking for somebody who keeps a clean place and has a laid back personality.
