Need someone to sublease my room in the apartment complex Player's Club. My two roommates are awesome and very easy going. They won't be around all summer either, so you'll have the place to yourself sometimes. All furniture in the living room and kitchen taken care of, as well as appliances. The apartment is great, I am just studying abroad this summer, so I'm trying to fill the vacancy in my room. The apartment complex is on East Campus, and buses to campus are provided. It's three bedroom two and a half bath, spacious closets, and open living room and kitchen. Rent is $335 a month, plus utilities. You will be hard pressed to find cheaper rent in Athens. Also, nice 24 hour clubhouse (with gym, pool table, tv) and pool in the complex, so great summer location.
