Polite - Nice - Honest - Professional 55yr old Female - seeks Room to Rent Hello and Good Tidings, I am looking for a Room to Rent in Placerville - Close to Bus Stop and Town. About me; Clean & Tidy. Honest. Professional. Polite. Kind. Respectful. Private. Positive. Drama Free. Divorced - and focused on Recovery. (NOT interested in ANY type of Romantic Relationship)! I DO NOT smoke and I am allergic to pet hair. I love animals, but sneeze and get a rash from pet hair. So inside pets is not an option for me. I have regular income, and can afford no more than $500 per month. I can work 1-2 days per week - 4 hours to offset cost of Rent. I am 100% focused on Recovery, rebuilding my life in a Happy, Healthy, Safe and Positive environment! I am very kind, nice and absolutely private. I like to work out, read, and keep to myself.
