The complete rental unit is approximately 850 sqft. It is located close to all of the area s major highways. It is about 10 minutes from the beach, all kinds of stores and the entertainment of North Myrtle Beach. The bedroom is furnished with a new pillow-top queen size bed, a large dresser with mirror and a nightstand. It has two hanging closets for your garments and storage. There is a furnished living room on the opposite side of the unit with a couch, coffee and end tables, a flat screen TV and a dining table with chairs. It also has a hanging closet for more storage. Both rooms have ceiling fans and have plenty of natural light through the insulated windows with blinds. Between the 2 rooms there is a kitchenette with a new refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, combo air fryer/toaster/convection oven, a smokeless grill and a set of dinnerware and utensils. In addition, there is the entrance to a full private bathroom with a combo tub-shower, a hand-washing sink and a separate dishwashing/kitchen sink. There is also a linen closet off the bathroom for storage of your supplies, sheets and towels. Tenants would have use of the pool/hot tub and two patio areas just outside the unit s door. The patios are overlooking a creek/stream full of life with a BBQ on one and a fire pit on the other. The laundry is on the ground/owner s floor with all new appliances. A non-refundable $45.00 application/background check fee will be required to complete before renting this unit. The rent will be $1,350.00/month, with all utilities included. (electric, water/sewer, cable/Internet, parking, pest control, trash removal, pool/hot tub maintenance) The security deposit is equal to one months rent. The unit is ideal for a single person or couple sharing the bedroom. Sorry, no pets will be accepted.
