New washer, dryer, spare refrigerator, and dehumidifier in basement. Off street parking for yourself and a guest. Landlord pays all utilities, snow and trash removal, landscaping, wi-fi, cable, professional cleaning, two security sysyems, and all household cleaning and paper supplies. My home is located on the Assabet River which offers kayaking, canoeing, fishing, sightseeing, and abundant wildlife. Large front and backyard with numerous shrub and flower gardens, a brook, and several stone walls. Three minute walk to downtown Hudson's shops, restaurants, bars, railtrail, and Wood Park. Easy access to routes 62,85,495,290,2 and the Mass Pike. Monthly rent is $1600. First, last, and $500 security deposit upon lease signing. Month to month lease, but I prefer a long-term tenant.
