The room comes with a TV, a desk, queen sized bed, nightstand, private bathroom. Wifi, Cable and Utilities (water and electricity) are included. I will pay for them so you will only have to pay a total of $450. The complex is located at a walking distance from FSU main campus. There is a bus stop at a 2 min walking distance from the building. Also, you will have chick-fill-a, Chipotle, Subway, Insomnia cookies, CVS, Publix, Lucky's Market, and many other shops around because it is located at a 2 min walking distance from Tennessee St, which is a one the main streets here in Tallahassee. The complex also has a Gym, business center, parking garage, and two pools. The leasing office always have candies, coffee and fruit, sometimes they give breakfasts and they do a lot of giveaways!
