You can even walk to some of these restaurants. Now the apartment is totally $901 for rent(about $300 per person) that is a pretty low price for a department with washer and dryer.About the utility fee(include water and electricity)we usually pay $30~$40 per month per person,of course it depends on your usage. Finally, I list the advantages you can get: 1, low price 2, neat and quiet environment 3, close to school bus, supermarket and a lot of restaurants 4, with washer and dryer 5, can even supply you a TV and some basic furnitures.
