Looking for a responsible, mature cleanly person who would like to rent a room. Rent would be 500$ which would include water, electric and basic cable. You would have your own bathroom and the room has a north facing window and a small closet. My lease ends in June of 2014 so looking for someone who plans on staying in the area for at least the next 6 months. I'm extreamly easy going and not hard to get a long with, I have two cats and currently have no living room furniture - just a heads up. I also do not have a washer/dryer but they have them available within the apartment complex. The apartment complex also has 4 pools, a gym, tennis courts, tanning beds and a volley ball court. You would be expected to sign some paper work with the apartment complex in order to get a gate card and gym pass, however I will remain liable for the apartment. If you would like to get together for coffee to sit and talk more and see if we would be compatible room mates, feel free to call or text and we can go from there as far as coming over and taking a look at the place.
