Hello! My name is Jade, me and my fiance moved here about a month ago on very short notice to open up our business in Port Royal. I also just got a new job in Bluffton and I start Sunday, we are looking for a room to rent for 6months to a year (maybe more depending on your interests) before September 1st, just as soon as possible. We are willing to pay around $400 to $600 a month, and when the business opens up in mid September we will be able to afford more hopefully. We are strapped on cash, due to all of it going into the store. We are both in our early twenties, I (jade) am very artistic and plan to go to school for technology or go to SCAD. Bradley is very musically gifted, and a real handy man. Both of us are super clean and friendly, and I tend to be really generous as far as making dinner goes and bringing back random gifts for room mates. We have an impressive Blu Ray collection that we're more than happy to share :) We both play video games, we don't really have many friends due to us just moving here- minus other businesses so you won't expect any foot traffic, or guests. We don't mind if it's not mutual, or if you smoke or have pets- we love animals but don't have any. We're not loud. We don't argue or have fights, we go together like peaches and cream. We both have tattoos, but don't let that misguide you whatsoever. We just love art. We're quiet and respect others privacy, and sleep. Thank ya'll for looking at my post and have a great day :)
