I am having an open house Friday 3/28 until Monday 3/31. The hours are from Noon until 6pm. This is for a bedroom I am renting at my house. It is a shared rental. The room is 11 x 13 feet. Very quiet location. Large fenced in back yard, fire-pit and a picnic table under a tented gazebo. Rent would be $575 for one person, or $625 for a couple. Security is the same as rent. I will allow for weekly payments of the security if you cannot afford it all up front. You will be responsible for half the utilities which include; garbage, electric and liquid propane. The propane is only used to heat the house so this will not be a concern for the summer. This is a month to month rental. No smoking inside, no pets.
