A fireplace in the living room. An in-unit washer/dryer and dish washer. Air conditioning and ceiling fan in master bedroom. Lots of extra storage. A covered carport option. Gated, so 24-hour monitored access. Free car wash. A fenced dog park, fitness center, free fitness classes, volley ball courts, tennis courts, pools and clubhouse. Very pet friendly. The deposit is $99 and application fee is $25. If your interested email me ASAP. We're willing to include the wireless internet router which will save you $100. We re also willing to negotiate the 1st months rent.
