We are a family of three that currently lives in an apartment. We have been here for almost 4 years but we have a preschooler who needs a yard and more space. We are looking for something that has between 2-3 bedrooms, basement (at least half finished), at least one stall garage, a decent sized kitchen (nothing small and it has to have a large amount of cabinets), at least one bathroom (has to have a bathtub), washer and dryer hookups, dishwasher (or you would have to ok our portable dishwasher), and possibly a dog (we might want to get a dog in the future but will look at places if they do not accept them). Our lease is up July 1, 2013 and we do not want to renew it. Availability would have to be in June 2013. We hope to be your new tenants!
