Two older ladies need a 2 bedroom, 1-1/2 or 2 bath cabin, mobile home or small house for a long term lease in or near Big Bear. We need a small fenced yard for two quiet, well behaved old dogs. We are good renters, responsible and will take good care of the property as we both have been property owners in the past. Since we are on a limited income, we are sharing expenses.
