Looking to rent a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment or half house in Cortland,NY . With some of the utilities included. I need to find this before April of 2012 as that is when my lease runs out where I live now. This is for 3 adults. If possible I would like to find something on the first floor.Also I have a indoor cat that is declawed. So there is no chance of her ripping anything apart. She is liter trained also. I work at Cortland Regional Medical Center as I am a CNA. I would like to find something where the rent is between 600 -750.
