Hi Everyone! I am posting this for a friend, Sarah Solorio. She is looking for another roommate to move in with her at Boulder Ridge. Lease begins August 15th, 2020- August 15th 2021. It is a 2Bedroom, 1Bathroom unit located on the 4th floor of the 545 building. Rent is $603/month per person. A list of all their awesome amenities can be found here: https://www.boulderridgeduluth.com/Amenities.aspx Attached are a few pictures of the facilities you would have access to as a resident at Boulder Ridge. I was unfortunately unable to locate the floorplan, called 'Slate' as it is no longer unavailable for lease. Sarah snagged the LAST 2BR, 1BA unit :) I have previously lived at Boulder for 3 years, in 3 different apartments, and it was a great experience every time. The price is comparable to a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house near UMD where we currently live now. However, this offers many more amenities with less stress of paying numerous utilities, off street parking, and shoveling in the winter. Whether you are still in college or moving on with your life, Boulder offers a great community and a healthy environment to do so.
