Kitchenette on lower level includes stove top burner, coffee maker, vegetable steamer,microwave, toaster oven, crockpot, small refrigerator, pantry cabinet. Can use upper level kitchen when needed. Shared laundry facilities are on lower level. Driveway parking with possible shared garage space. I have a cat. She is friendly and well behaved. I will consider another cat or dog if there are not behavior or urinary / incontinence issues and living space and yard is kept clean and stink free. There are 5 steps down from the main entry.
