I live with my daughter, and her kid, an international student, and two friendly dogs. WALKING DISTANCE TO BUS STOPS AND CLOSE TO TROLLEY STATIONS. CLOSE TO HIKING TRAILS IF YOU ENJOY OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES. -10 minutes by car to San Diego Downtown -10 minutes by car to San Diego State University -15 minutes by car to Beaches SECURITY CAMERAS ARE SET-UP AROUND THE HOUSE FOR SECURITY PURPOSES. YOU WILL HAVE: - Private entrance - Private large & spacious room with lots of windows - Desk and chair - Once a week cleaning (common areas) - Internet (WiFi) -FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS: Meals are not included. You are more than welcome to come with us for grocery shopping. $900/month ALL UTILITIES are included. (First-month rent and deposit the day you move in) YOU HAVE ACCESS WITH: -KITCHEN -LIVING ROOM -LAUNDRY -SHARED BATHROOM -LARGE BACKYARD HOUSE RULES: -LET'S HELP EACH OTHER KEEP THE HOUSE NICE AND CLEAN -RESPECT EACH OTHER -NO LOUD NOISES/VISITORS AFTER 10 PM DURING WEEKDAYS -NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION -I KNOW YOU WANT TO EXPLORE SAN DIEGO AND MIGHT WANT TO STAY OUT LATE.
