Hello, I found a job in another city and need to sublease my studio apartment. My apartment complex is called Pearl Studios apartment and I have added the link for it below. I need to move out by December 1st 2019. The lease ends on the 31st of January 2020. The place can be unfurnished if you so desire because that is how I received it, otherwise, you can keep all my furniture and dishes (plates, pots, cups, knives, cutting board etc.) I have a twin bed (I ordered the wrong size from Amazon and decided to keep it because I am small), a chair and a desk. There's a small gym in the complex and a common area that has the washers and dryers. I can show you room and where they are if you desire. We can set up a meeting time. I look forward to meeting you.
