Rental is in Monterey looking for quiet and clean female no pets no smoking,drinking,drugs you will have your own bathroom I do have a small issue with the toilet that it sometimes plugged up due to a sewer pipe that burst I just have not have the funds to fix it but I will also when you flush you need to open hood and wiggle handle otherwise it will run all day but this is fixable toilet now Eli will send you picture looks like in I never clean it but it s what came up anyway that s why I am not asking for security deposit I have washer dryer if intrested text me and we can talk more I will need cash for rent money thank you anna
