Looking for someone to sublease as I am studying abroad during the spring semester (from January to mid-May, unless I resign my lease, which would make summer exit negotiable). Sublease would include one 12x13 bedroom and the rest of the apartment (including: a double sink bathroom, kitchen, and living room) would be shared with one roommate. My roommate (a girl) is very nice and one of my closest friends. She is incredibly clean and easy-going. The apartment is directly across from the stadium, which is fantastic for football fans and medical/nursing students. However, the area is not noisy at all. Also, three different buses run right next to the apartment complex and the PRT is a short walk away. The apartment is centered in Evansdale, so you are 5-10 minutes away from all of Morgantown. Downtown campus is only 5 minutes away by car or bus, and you can walk to Engineering Campus or take the PRT. Sublease is only $485/month plus utilities (average about $600 a month in total). Apartment includes: dishwasher, washer/dryer, and is fully furnished. There is free parking around the building, as well as guest parking, which can be reserved for football games. Amenities: Activities Center (with Gym), Pool, Volleyball Court, 24 Hour Maintenance, Professional Management, and Guest and Football Parking Features: Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer/Dryer, Air Conditioning and Fully Furnished. The room has full-size bed, chest of drawers, vanity, bedside table, 2 lamps and a large closet.
