I'm a 33-year-old College Grad working in Hatboro/Horsham. I start school in January to earn Masters. I'm currently living with a roommate and just looking to get out after 5 yrs looking to move out of the suburbs and get a place EastFalls/Maayunk/Fairmount/Rittenhouse. I'm the kind of roommate you'll actually see and talk to and hopefully be friends with. Respectful of common space and clean up after myself and am looking for the same as well. I enjoy listening to music, hitting the gym, playing poker and watching sports. I have lived with a female the last 5 years so I can get along with a F roommate. I like to go out and drink on the weekends and go to happy hour every once and awhile, but typically during the week I'm really busy. I would like someone who also has this balanced lifestyle of work and play. I am born and raised in TN and lived in South Florida for 5 years before moving here to PA.
