Hello! I am a PhD student for the next five years, looking for roommates(s) in Texas City, just 25 minutes from the UTMB campus. The home is about 1800 Square feet, and will have brand new electrical, plumbing, siding, windows and insulation!!! The owners put a lot of improvements into it. The home has both a living room and family/dining room, utility room, plus a large kitchen so we won't be bumping elbows. The yard is large enough to accommodate BBQ's and puppies and more. The home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, hardwood floors upstairs and pet friendly tile downstairs (pet rent is $35/month for the first pet and $15 per additional pet). Ideal candidates won't mind that we are a Smoke free, drug free home. Rent is $675 per person, plus shared utilities. Let's ask each other lots of questions to see if we would be a good
