Hi, I have rooms for rent in a private home. This would be perfect for college students but willing to rent to other professionals as well. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms available for rent. The home is very nice and clean. It has a full kitchen, family room and dining room (shared between the tenants) and access to backyard for relaxing. There will be NO SMOKING on the premises. Home must be properly maintained in a clean manner at all times. No Loud Parties, DRUGS or ANIMALS ALLOWED at the location (NO Exceptions). The utilities will be split based on the number of tenants. The rent will be $150.00 and all rentals are based on week to week rentals only. One room is a much larger room that rents for $175.00 a week because it has a great deal more space and a private full bathroom. I am willing to allow that room to be rented at $135.00 per person if there is 2 separate people willing to share the larger room. There are 3 spaces for parking. If you have your own furniture, I would be willing to allow you to use it as long as it is free of bugs and rodents. If interested, please feel free to contact 803-348-XXXX.
