I work days and my boyfriend comes home for two and a half days a week. Basically, you ll have the condo to yourself most days. We are close to I-80 if you need to go to sacramento or San Francisco. We are a clean couple with a cat. You d ideally clean up after yourself in common areas. Your bedroom has a bathroom next to it that s for your use but it is considered communal. There s a bike path right behind our condo that leads you to downtown Davis and campus. The M bus line stops right in front. There s ample parking inside the condo complex and street parking is both safe and guaranteed. The condo is fully furnished minus your bedroom. This could be your next home. Check us out! The price includes all utilities. There is a $500 deposit that s fully refundable provided you give us 30 notice to vacate.
