I need to sublease my room for the Summer starting the 16th of May. It is a 4 bed 4 bath apartment with a fully furnished kitchen. The rent i pay is 749 but i will be willing to take off 149 every month.
The room comes with a bed, a study table, a chair, a chest of drawers and a bedside table. you will have you own bathroom with a tub! there is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment!
the rent would include all utilities, you wont have to pay a penny more than 600 unless you have a car and want a parking spot the garage. there is also a place to park you bike in the basement of the building. the building also has a gym than you can use for free and a computer lab which has a printer so all you will need is paper. there are tanning beds than you can use for free, a court yard, you can also rent a barbecue for free. there is a game room which has a pool table and a couple of fooseball machines, again all of this will be free. so will any form of maintenance.
also, you will have access to my sheets, comforter, pillows, dishes, shower curtain, my bean bag, my book shelf. but if you prefer, i can remove this stuff. this is for the summer so the lease ends in august.
the building is grandmarc seven corners which is just opposite the law school on washington.
there are a few pubs, a holiday inn, a kuik-e-mart, chipotle, quiznos, a salon.
the connecter stops literally across the street, so do bus routes, 16, 50, 144, some southwest transit buses. buses 7, 22, and 2 stop of the other side of the building barely 30 seconds away.
the other girls living there are student that go to the U.
please let me know as soon as you make a decision and we can sign your contract.
also, i am still working this out but if all goes as planned, you will be able to move in as soon as end of march, but i don't want ti get your hopes up
