Description:
1 bedroom and 1 bath available in a 3/2 with girls. The owner of the house however will not be there over the next year at least, so it will be you and one another girl plus two dogs (male black lab and female terrier- I think...both super friendly and love other dogs!) The house is located in a subdivision off of SW Archer Rd. called Willow Oak Plantation. It is only a few years old, it is very cute and very safe. A female roommate is preferred but not mandatory. The ideal candidate is someone who obviously pays rent on time, is respectful, and doesn't mind dogs. The perfect candidate is a girl who loves dogs, is a young professional/student between the ages of 23-33, tidy (not OCD or a slob), enjoys a glass of wine on the back porch after work and hanging out. Rent is $400 plus utitilies which is fantastic for what you're getting. This includes cable, electric, water and garbage, and they are typically $70-80 per person per month. The room is big enough to comfortably house a queen bed and some small furniture, the closet is large. The bathroom is considered the guest bathroom, it is also large and all yours. Friendly dogs and cats are welcome AS LONG AS they can adapt to the other two dogs!! The living room is fully furnished and has a large flat screen. There is a front porch and large back yard with patio that has a fire pit, grill, tables and chairs. Smoking permitted outdoors. This room is available Jan 1st, but arrangements can be made to move in sooner for free. Lease is for one year typically, or shorter if you arrange to have someone take the room like I am doing. I love this place and am so sad to leave, but I begin a masters program in south FL. in January. Please reply if you are interested, and we can arrange to have you look at the house.
