Description:

1BR available starting in May 2013 in a 2BR, 1BA apartment right on north campus! The lease runs until August 2014. I'm looking for a non-smoking female roommate close or around my age. I graduated from grad school not too long ago. The AATA (route 2) bus comes right to the apartment and goes to central campus. There are also U of M blue buses that pick up right near Willowtree that go to various areas of U of M campus. This is my 5th year living here and I love it! I live in the Garden Apartments so there's a great view of the Lake Lila. There is an exercise room, a pool, tennis court, basketball court, a little swingset, volleyball net. Plus the clubhouse where the leasing office is has free internet you can use, you can play on their video console in the back room sitting in their really comfy plush chairs. The management is great! They often bake sweets or throw pizza parties or other special occasions (like for Halloween). Maintenance is amazing! They fix anything right away that needs it and they replace things right away too. Our carpets were replaced last year and are still pretty new! Our stove is from 2 years ago so it's pretty new as well. Everything is in top condition. You're surrounded by a lot of students here but the great thing is that it's quiet. Willowtree does not tolerate parties here so it won't be noisy like downtown. You can be surrounded by students and yet have the peace and quiet to study and sleep. They also don't allow dogs so you don't hear barking (but they do allow cats - there is an added pet fee tacked on to your portion of the rent if you have a cat). You can check out their website for a list of amenities: http://michstudenthousing.com/amenities. Heat, water, sewage is included. DTE (electric/AC) and Comcast are not, but are reasonable. I am very nice and easy going. I graduated from grad school not too long ago. I'm very studious and I would like someone who is not a partier (the complex here doesn't allow parties anyway).
