Rent is $704 plus electric/gas (approx. $60). The apartment complex offers Wi-Fi internet for $5/month. Free parking, laundry on the 2nd floor of the building, spacious living room and bedroom, very quiet, beautiful courtyard with pool, community picnic area, very clean bathroom, newly painted apartment. The unit is one bedroom, and dogs are not allowed (sorry!!)The first month is paid for, and I can move out ASAP (perk!). Also, the lease only goes until June 2013, so it would only be a 6-month commitment instead of 12 (perk #2!). You would also have the option of renewing the lease for another year if you should choose.The subleasing process goes through the apartment complex's main office... So, please, don't attempt to scam me! I will not send you my full name, checking account number, etc. Basically, you would email me if you were interested, and then apply through the Harvard Square website, after you are approved based on your income and renter's history, we would both meet up and sign the official documents.If you are SERIOUSLY interested, you can email me and we will set up a time for you to tour the apartment. I am very desperately in need of moving out (job offer in a different city), so please contact me ASAP!
