It is a two bedroom deluxe apartment at WIllowtree Apartments on Plymouth Rd in Ann Arbor, right next to North Campus and across the street from the Northwood community. We are subletting out the whole apartment. AATA route 2 bus stop directly in front of apartment that commutes to downtown and Northwood magic bus has a stop a quarter mile away. The apartment is over 900 sq. feet and offers plenty of open space with large bedrooms. Here is a link to the floor plan - it is the one that reads 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom deluxe (NOT towers): http://michstudenthousing.com/floorplansApartment is well-kept and comes unfurnished, except for large appliances (refrigerator, gas stove, and dishwasher). Apartment features Jack and Jill style bathroom and large pantry for storage. It is a ground level apartment with an enclosed patio area facing a courtyard. Gas and water are included in the rent. Tenants will be responsible for electric (through DTE) and cable if they wish to have it. Monthly electric bill is usually around $30-35. The apartment community offers several amenities, including outdoor pool, 24-hour fitness center, video game room, computer lab, lounge, tennis and basketball court, sand volleyball, and a pond with a walking path. Staff is VERY friendly and helpful and quick to address any needs or concerns. Laundry is available on same floor and is paid for by a re-loadable card.Anticipated move-in would be in the beginning of May after commencement. Details can be negotiated as to the exact date.
