Hello!My boyfriend and I are looking to sign over our lease to a party of one or 2 because we need to move farther north. Ideally, we would like someone to take over the lease on February 1st or 15th but this is flexible as we have yet to sign a new lease. This apartment is located at the Colonial Grand North in Scottsdale - at the intersection of Earll and 70th Street, near Scottsdale Road and Thomas Road. You would need to come to the leasing office here, fill out an application, and completely sign over our lease so it would be in your hands. A security deposit is not required if your credit check comes back good enough. The lease ends on July 18th, 2013. Our rent is $996 every month but with some taxes and other small fees it comes out to be $1050. Amentities:24/7 pool and hottub 24/7 gym Full appliances located in the apartment (brand new washer, brand new fridge, dishwasher, and an electric stove)The apartment has a master bedroom with an onsuite bathroom and a second bedroom with another bathroom that is unattached. The apartment has it's own patio that is private. This apartment is located on the 3rd floor - TOP floor! It comes with one covered parking spot and one uncovered parking spot. Cats and dogs are allowed in the lease.
