Description:
My roommate and I are subletting our rooms for the summer, rent will be $400/mo/room or $700/mo total for both rooms. The rooms will be unfurnished, are approximately 10'x12', have a closet, built in shelving, and are in the back corner of the house one with one set and one with two sets of windows. Both rooms look similar to the one in the picture. Utilities and everything will be included in the rent. Sublettor will be responsible for payments from May 15th-August 15th a total of 3 months. Since this amount is only a portion of my rent the rent will be payed to me and I will be paying the landlord the total cost of rent. Rent may be payed monthly or in one lump sum. Sublettor will be responsible for covering the cost of any damage associated during the time they are in the room. One parking space is available to the Sublettor for an extra $15 (my cost for parking). One last thing, we do currently have a hot tub that is hooked up and is available to anyone living in the house.The house has 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a huge living room. We are only renting out two of the bedrooms. We currently have one other roommate who is here all the time and one that is here off and on. All our roommates are guys but this is open to guys or girls.
