My boyfriend and I are looking to rent out our second bedroom/bathroom in the single story house we are renting. The house is located in South Chandler, in Cooper Commons subdivision and is a smoke free/drug free environment. The bedroom has an air matress, chest of drawers and an end table in it, but they can easily be removed if you do not wish to use them. The bathroom is in the hallway, but would be yours to use. We have two dogs, both are boxer mixes, approximately 50lbs. They have free roam of the house, although now that it's cooler they spend most of the time outside during the day and are crated at night. We would prefer to have no new pets in the house. We are asking $400 a month in the winter months, which would increase to $475 in the summer to accommodate the increase in air conditioning. Other than that, we have Dish TV, Cox internet, and a phone line that is unlimited. All other utilities are covered (water, gas) by us. You'd have full use of kitchen and living room. There is room for you to park on the driveway, as well as plenty of parking on the street. We are looking for 12 month rentals, nothing short term. Albertsons, chase bank, subway and several other stores are a 5 minute walk away, San Tan shopping center is a 10 minute drive away on Gilbert and the loop 202, there is a whole load of stores and restaurants there, including a Harkins theatre.
