Description:
The apt is 4 bedroom 4 bath and currently there are 3 guys ages 21-22 living here. One is majoring in mechanical engineering, one is starting grad school in electrical engineering, and I am about to start pharmacy school. The apt has a full kitchen, a decent sized main living area, washer and dryer, and an outside porch area (It's on the 3rd floor). Campus is less than a block away. It is located right behind the big building that Chill is in. Toomer's corner is a 2 minute walk. Most of the walls in the room have been painted in various ways. It's pretty much awesome...not gonna lie. I've posted pictures. It costs $400/month + utilities (around $60-80/mo). There is a mattress already in the room that was bought 3 years ago if you need one. we have a dishwasher and washer/dryer and a balcony, and a fully stocked kitchen.
