Discounted!--Rent a spot in a three bedroom apartment on the 14th penthouse level at Lucky Apartments late December 2012-early August 2013! Was $935, now $635. Some utilities, water/sewer fee, and cable are extra (about $40-50/month combined).I am transferring starting in spring, so I am giving up my spot in this three bedroom suite starting about Dec. 19. The Lucky building is the nicest complex this close to campus and the two other roommates are female upperclassmen at UW and are nice and responsible. The bedroom has the best view in the entire apartment (the others have less windows...), with an entire wall of floor to ceiling windows facing south. The entire apartment is fully furnished, and the bedroom (B) has a desk, chair, closet with drawers/shelving, bed frame, mattress and beautiful and sturdy wood flooring. This room and the Lucky in general has been very quiet, maintenance/staff are friendly and helpful. Also, the apartment is very close to laundry on our floor and just an elevator ride away from the Fresh Market downstairs. Walgreens, East Campus Mall, the SERF, State Street and University shops and bars are extremely close and convenient. There's also security 24/7, so safety has never been a concern.
