All you need to bring is your own tv, food, clothes and things you need for school. The roommates are cool! There are only 2 of them including you it will make 3. Im willing to sublease for spring and summer semester. You can choose to renew your lease. The lease is up July 28th, 2013. Which is in about 7 month. Im willing to pay your first month rent. Rent is $639 a month. Everything is included; "Comcast cable, water, washer and dryer" all included in the $639. YES they are also pet friendly. There is a Shuttle to campus that comes straight to the loft and takes you to campus.
