I am looking for a young female professional to sublet my place (now until late August) in a 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo in Fair Lakes, Fairfax, VA. The condo has a large open kitchen and living area with a fireplace and huge deck. The room I am vacating is the master bedroom with a connecting full bath. There is also a large walk in closet. The Condo is well maintained and the managing staff are helpful and quick to respond to any maintenance issues.The condo is located in a safe and quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of free parking available. The Fair Lakes shopping center is conveniently across the street and includes a Target, Walmart, BJs, Ulta, Pet Smart, several restaurants and much more. The Fair Oaks mall is 10 minutes down the road. 66 is also right down the road, and the Vienna metro is a 15 minute drive.You would be sharing the condo with one other young female professional and her adorable and extremely well-behaved mid-sized dog.The rent each month is $800 a person in addition to ~$110 a person for cable, electric and gas. I am leaving the area to be closer to work.Please respond as soon as possible if you are interested :)
