Hello, I am seeking a reliable individual to rent out the 2nd room in my 2-BR apartment in downtown Bayonne. The rent is only $475 per month (plus 1 mo. security). The place is really nice and spacious, and includes a backyard and large kitchen. Ive already gone through two potential roommates who decided to back out, so Im looking for serious inquiries ONLY! Im an easygoing 27/m, so you shouldnt have a problem getting along with me. I work a 9-5 job in NYC, so I wont even be home most of the day during the week. As long as you pay the rent on time, pay for half the utilities/cable/internet (should amount to roughly $100 total), and dont throw wild parties every night--youll be on my good side. Bus transportation is only 1 block away, and the 8th St. Light Rail Station (which should be running soon) is within walking distance. I would prefer a male roommate, since I have a girlfriend and dont want to create unnecessary drama, but Im willing to make exceptions. If youre a smoker, thats fine--as long as you smoke outside.
