The best one bedroom you can find in Jersey City starting March 1st The apartment is a huge 1 bedroom in the premium full service Atlantic building in Newport, Jersey City. Apartment available March 1st with 1.5 months security. My husband has been living here for over 3 years and I for more than a year and now we are looking for someone to take over our lease until the end of June 2013. At the end of that time, the lease can be extended with the management company. This is one of the best 1 bedrooms you can find in the area, and is large enough to be comfortably used as a 2 bedroom for shares. The building has excellent responsive management, and is very well maintained. Its located on the waterfront, and is walking distance to all amenities, including the PATH train to Manhattan. You cannot hope to get a better view, both the living room and the bedroom have views of Manhattan from the GWB down to financial district (I took the pic below from my window), and there is nothing between you and the river. This apartment won't last long, email ASAP! We are moving to Manhattan, and can't take several pieces of furniture so we are willing to leave some of them with the apartment, and some of them are available for purchase at a very cheap price. If interested, I can send you some pictures of the furniture or you can see them when you visit us. Living/Dining area The huge living/dining area measures 14X23 ft. Currently it comfortably holds a 3 seater futon, a coffee table, 2 recliners, a chair, a bookcase, a large TV, full size dining table and a foosball table. There is an alcove off the living area that has a linen closet and another bookshelf. The entrance hallway has a large coat closet/general storage area, and is long enough for a regulation dart board distance :) Bedroom The king size bedroom is 15X14 ft. There is considerable space on all 3 sides of a king bed, and there is a large built built in closet with plenty of room for 2. There is enough space as you can see for 1-2 chairs, a large dresser and TV Kitchen/Bathroom Both are clean and well maintained. The large kitchen has plenty of storage and all the standard appliances. Area Amongst the newest and best located buildings in Newport. Impressive lobby, clean and odor free hallways. 5 minutes walk from the PATH station, 10 minutes to downtown and 20 mins to Midtown Manhattan. Within a 5 minute walking distance - Morton Williams (grocery), Duane Reade, cleaners, liquor store, Starbucks, Komegashi(Japanese restaurant) and Skylark. Withing a 10 minute walking distance - Dorrian's (pub), Bertucci's (italian), Confucius (Chinese), Raaz(Indian), Azucar(Cuban), UPS and the Newport mall, which has an AMC theatre. 15 mins - BJ's, Shoprite, Bed bath and beyond, Target, Best Buy, Home Depot and well... Hoboken YOU DONT WANT TO LET THIS GO!!! THIS IS A VERY GORGEOUS APARTMENT!
