This apartment is a large room in what used to be a home. The owner turned it into an apartment complex, so you have some neighbors living in other rooms (labeled as separate apartments). Everyone has his/her own private lock. There is a community kitchen that you will share (it's usually empty)...you will have your own kitchen cabinet labeled #1. There is a bathroom that you will be sharing only with the person living in apartment 2, who is very clean and rarely home. The other neighbors have their bathroom upstairs. Most people who live here are quiet, respectful grad students.-Rent: $285/mo....available until August 23, 2013-If you want internet, it is only $7 a month, so in total you'll only be paying $292/mo to live here.-Heat/elec/water is covered.-Relatively new building-New Fridge included-On-site coin laundry-If desk and bookshelf are needed, I can lend you mine until July.-Cleaning lady cleans the bathroom and kitchen weekly.-The room is warm in the winter, cool in the summer. -You can get residential parking for a single fee of $35 (good until August)-A short drive to Kroger, right by Kerrytown/Zingerman's, within walking distance to campus, and right by major streets like Division, State, and Plymouth. -Available ASAP...willing to negotiate months you would like to stay.-Contact me for more pictures/schedule a showing.
